The most important variable of your business is you, the business owner, the driver of your
venture and vision.
9 out of 10 business owners prioritise themselves last and do not consider the impact this
has, not only on them personally but how this then impacts the overall growth and
sustainability of their business.
Learn how investing in yourself will create personal growth but then how by default, it is all
transferable into your business.
My name is Helen Williams and I am the proud founder of HEW.
Let me explain how all of this came about that I am now in the fortunate position to be able to help you. I followed the usual route of going to college and university to then climb the corporate career ladder, even heading for London where there was the promise of the streets being paved with gold. Fast forward 4 years and I now run 2 successful businesses. I had finally decided enough was enough and I had to take control back.
Entering into the entrepreneurial world within the property industry was quite some
plunge, throwing up many steep learnings along the way. It became clear that all through my career and now being my own boss building a portfolio, all the emphasis is on business and business strategy and very little, if any at all, around you as the individual. The very individual who is the one responsible for the results.
Based around my own experience, knowledge, mistakes and challenges I formed HEW, a personal development and coaching brand designed to Help Entrepreneurs Win.
Working from the foundations up, to create successful and sustainable businesses with happy and healthy business owners. Practising everything that I preach, I don’t just see this as a job or just another business. It is my responsibility to help you.
Refreshing the brand was more than just selecting a funky looking logo. Upon creation of HEW back in November 2017, the business and the brand was built on established core values. None of this ethos changed so it was important to continue this through the reworkings and the new logo and branding formation that you see today. Colours have psychology behind them, represent emotions and should align with values. Here are what the colours of the HEW brand represent: Green - Health, Growth, Clarity, Positivity Blue
- Trust, Ambition, Purpose, Goals Purple - Creative, Wealth, Respect, Unconventional.
The shapes of logos are also important to consider. I still wanted to hold on to the round circular shape as well as the entity of 3. Circular to demonstrate unity, trust and an all encompassing and continued approach and the 3 to align with the 3 pillars of Health, Excellence and Wealth. How the colours are layered displays the process formula perfectly as each pillar integrates with each other. So now you know. It’s more than just selecting what you personally hold as your favourite colour or style!!!
